Product Overview

The enspire™ 3000 Series Cleaning and Liquid Chemical Sterilant (LCS) Processing System is the first and only automated endoscope reprocessor (AER) delivering LCS with a validated cleaning claim.* During the complete 38-minute cycle, the processor also monitors pressure, rinses, and provides air purging of validated medical devices such as flexible endoscopes. This freestanding unit, only 23 inches wide and just under 6 feet tall, fits into most space-constrained endoscope reprocessing departments.

How the enspire 3000 Series Cleaning and Liquid Chemical Sterilant Processing System Works

The enspire 3000 Series Processor is intended to effectively provide pressure monitoring, LCS, cleaning, rinsing, and air purging of validated immersible, reusable, semi-critical, heat-sensitive medical devices such as flexible endoscopes and their accessories.

The validated cleaning process replaces manual cleaning for endoscopes other than duodenoscopes. Manual cleaning of duodenoscopes according to the manufacturer's written instructions for use (IFUs) is required prior to placing them in the enspire 3000 Series Processor.

The enspire 3000 Series Processor uses only Revital-Ox™ 2X Concentrate Enzymatic Detergent to clean, and S40 Sterilant Concentrate to liquid chemically sterilize medical devices. The system automatically dilutes the S40 Sterilant Concentrate to its use dilution (> 1820 mg/L peracetic acid), and liquid chemically sterilizes the devices during a controlled 6-minute exposure at 46.6° to 55°C. It rinses the devices with 0.2-micron filtered water.
